Surtr has indestructible while blocking.
As long as you have less than or equal to half your starting life total, Surtr has double-strike.
During opponents' combat phases, Surtr can
block all creatures.
At the beginning of each combat, goad up to one target creature.
At the beginning of each player's upkeep, each opponent loses life equal to the number of untapped creatures controlled by the player whose turn it is.
