long as defending player controls an Island.)
Whenever Surfing Pikachu deals combat damage
to a player, you may discard a card. If you do,
Surfing Pikachu deals damage equal to its power
to target creature or planeswalker you don't
control.
One summer, a group of Pikachu was found riding the
