Surge of Nature

At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player sacrifices an artifact. If the player controls no artifacts, that player sacrifices a nonbasic land instead, then searches his/her library for a basic land card and puts it onto the battlefield tapped, then shuffles his/her library.
