Surprise, It's Me

When Surprise enters the battlefield,
each player reveals their hand. Then, each player
draws a card and casts it without paying its mana
cost.
Each player's hand remains revealed until
Surprise leaves the battlefield.
Is he bluffing, or is it true? We'll never know.
