counter from Surprise Present. Then if it has no
time counters on it, sacrifice it.

When you sacrifice Surprise Present, it deals 5
damage to you and you discard a card.

{2}: Target player that doesn't control a permanent
named Sampo, Foolish Scoundrel gains control of
Surprise Present. Activate this ability only as a
sorcery.
