You can cast Surumakindar only if you've
sacrificed a creature and an artifact this turn.
Surumakindar's power and toughness are each
equal to the amount permanents you control.
Whenever you cast a creature spell you may
destroy target creature card with converted
mana cost equal to or less than the amount of
permanents sacrificed this turn.
