Suspended Time
When Suspended Time enters the battlefield, it gains a random
number between -6 and 6 as its Temporal Balance. Whenever a Hunter
enters the battlefield under your control, increase Temporal
Balance by 1 (it cannot exceed 6). Whenever a Hunter you control
dies, decrease Temporal Balance by 1 (it cannot go below -6). At
the end of each turn, if Temporal Balance is exactly 0, destroy
target permanent and ramdomly change the Temporal Balance between
-6 and 6.
