Suspension Amulet

{1}{b/g}, {t}: Put all cards exiled with suspension
amulet on the bottom of their owner's library.
Reveal cards from target player's library until
you reveal a nonland card. Exile that card with
2 time counters.(It gains suspend).
Discard all revealed lands.

Whenever a time counter is removed from a
card exiled with Suspension Amulet, you
may pay {b/g}. If you do, you may cast a copy
of that card without paying its mana cost
