Sutekh, Vengeful God

If Sutekh is in your command zone at the beginning of the game or at the beginning of your upkeep while on the battlefield, each player makes X Susan tokens, where X is the number of players still in the game. Susan tokens are 1/1 colorless human creatures with "Can't block gods".
At the beginning of combat, sacrifice a creature to gain control of target creature with mana value less than the number of Susan tokens you control, it gains haste, sacrifice it at end of combat.
