Swear Obeisance

When Swear Obeisance enters the battlefield, choose target player. That player may swear obeisance. If
they do not, deal 5 damage to two target creatures
that player controls and sacrifice Swear Obeisance.
At the start of each players upkeep that player may
draw a card. If target player is the one to break obeisance, sacrifice Swear Obeisance and deal 7
damage to two target creatures that player controls.
