Swift Fortifications

When Swift Fortifications enters the battlefield,
put X +1+1 counters on target creature.
Whenever a +1+1 counter is placed on a creature
you control, put a fort counter on Swift Fortifications.
If Swift Fortifications has 20 or more fort
counters on it, creatures you control get vigilance, trample, and double strike.
