Target player puts their commander on the bottom of their library.(not the command
zone) That player chooses a non-token legendary creature they control as their new commander. Must follow new color identity
and any permanent that doesn't follow the
new color identity is sacrificed. If no legendary creature is available, then counter this Chaos.
