When Sword of Ice enters the battlefield, freeze all creatures until end of turn. ( When this artifact enters the battlefield, all creatures are frozen, cannot attack or block, and abilities cannot be activated)
You may have target Elf be equipped with Sword of Ice as if they were not frozen. If you do, that elf loses all abilities and gains "{3}{u}: Freeze all creatures on the battlefield until end of turn. This can be countered by red spells."
