Effect: This sword glows bright while in
darkness, dazzling your enemies.
As a Bonus Action you can activate this
sword, causing it to glow bright. All creatures within 5ft of the wielder have disadvantage on their attack rolls.
At Night, this effect extends to 15ft, and
counts as dim light.
