target of a spell an opponent controls, counter
that spell unless its controller sacrifices
a permanent.
Whenever a permanent you don't control would
be put into a graveyard, exile it instead. If it was
a creature, create a Treasure token.
Sybelle's power is equal to the total number of
cards in exile.
