Sylar, the Brain Man

When Sylar, the Brain Man enters the battlefield, you may exile an artifact or creature card from your hand or graveyard
and put a brain counter on it.
Sylar, the Brain Man has all activated abilities of cards you own in exile with brain counters on them. You may activate each of those abilities only once each turn.
