+1: Look at the top card of your library. You may put that card into your hand if it's a creature or land card.
-2: Return target nonland permanent to its owner's hand. If that permanent is blue or green, draw a card.
-7: Search your library for up to three creature or land cards, reveal them, and put them into your hand. Shuffle your library.
