Sylvian Godness of Love

When Sylvian enters, put two Constricted counters on it. When Sylvian fights a creature, move
a Constricted counter onto it. Other creatures with a Constricted counter don’t untap during their controller’s untap step. When one dies, return the counter to Sylvian. When Sylvian dies, remove all Constricted counters from all permanents.

Whenever a creature doesn’t untap, gain 2X life and scry X, X is the number of time a creature failed to untap.
