Synaptic Lure has a warp charge value of 5. If
manifested, select one enemy unit within
Synaptic Link range of this PSYKER or one
enemy unit within 18" of this PSYKER. Until
the start of your next Psychic phase, each time a
friendly KRAKEN unit declares a charge, if that
enemy unit is one of the targets of that charge,
you can re-roll the charge roll.
