When Synthetic Reign enters the battlefield put
a crown counter on target legendary artifact creature you control.
Artifact creatures you control without a crown counter on them get +1/+1 and have lifelink and haste.
When a creature with a crown counter put on it
by Synthetic Reign leaves the battlefield, sacrifice Synthetic Reign.
