Legendary Vehicles you control have haste and get +1/+1. When System ID enters the battlefield, put a gear counter on each vehicle you control (Artifact creatures get +1/+0 for each gear counter on it). Then this enchantment deals damage equal to the amount of counters placed this way to target creature.
