When Taco, Tired Kitty enters the battlefield, detain all creatures you control until end of turn, and permanently detain all creatures opponents control.
Whenever a creature enters the battlefield under your opponents control, that opponent must pay {10}{p/g}{p/g} or that creature enters permanently detained.


Like the Trojan Horse, cute and welcome, but secretly a dangerous beast.
