Taenne Ges

Eminence - As long as Taenne Ges is in the command zone or on the battlefield, Spirits in your hand have "Cycling {w/u}{b/r}".
Whenever you cycle a Spirit, put a +1/+1 counter on Taenne Ges, then you may remove
any number of +1/+1 counters from it. For each +1/+1 counter removed this way, you may put a Spirit from your graveyard onto the battlefield tapped.
