Tahthum, Grey Merchant

At the beginning of each opponent's upkeep, they reveal the top card of there library. Starting with you, each player votes for buy or sell. If buy gets more votes, that player exiles the revealed card, draws a card and creates a Gold token. You may cast the exiled card and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast it. If sell gets more votes or the vote is tied, create a Gold token and draw a card. Put the revealed card into its owner's hand.
