Outnumber - Takon Sentry has flying as long as
you control two or more creatures than your opponent.
There are two types of people in the City of Light- Takon natives and those who remember the darkness of Grunoth. Heidgarth only trusts the griffins to the former, out of fear the latter would fly away, never to be seen again.
