Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery you create
a colourless artifact token named "Stone Shard".
When Taliyah attacks, you may sacrifice one or
more Stone Shard tokens. When you do, the next
instant or sorcery you cast costs X less to cast where
X is the number of tokens sacrificed this way.
