on a planeswalker you control, put a loyalty
counter on Tal'Malar. Remove 4 loyalty counters
from Tal'Malar. Choose one:
- Put a +1/+1 counter on each creature
you control.
- Put a loyalty counter on each planeswalker you control.
Activate this ability only once each turn and only anytime you could cast a sorcery.
