As long as your devotion to blue and black is less
than seven, Talos isn't a creature.
Whenever an effect you control would deal
noncombat damage to a permanent or player,
you may roll a d6 instead. If you do, that effect
deals X damage to that permanent or player
instead, where X is the result.
