or counter attached to or on Tangela and it gains
first strike until end of turn.
{g}, {t}: Tap target creature that is attacking or
blocking, that creature does not untap during its
controllers next untap step.
{g}{g}, {t}: Target attacking or blocking creature
gets -0/-3 until end of turn and Tangela gets
+0/+3 until end of turn.
