on the stack. Their power & toughness are each
equal to their mana value. The same is true for
instant & sorcery cards you own that are not on
the battlefield.
Effects of an instant & sorcery spells do not trigger
while being cast or on the stack.
Effects of instant & sorcery creatures trigger when
they enter the battlefield.
You may cast instants as if they had flash.
