Tangleburn Bag
Small sack filled with tar, resin, & other sticky substances that burn at high temps. Wen thrown at a target the bag come apart and flaming goo bursts out, entangling the target. Entangled creatures use make a DC20 Ref save or become tangled. If entangled, they must also make a DC20 Ref or catch on fire (1d6 burning/round). Takes 2 rounds of DC15 Ref to become untangled.
