1. Choose 15' or 30'. Pay 1, 2, or 3{g}.
2-3. Opponents in range must pay {r} equal to
the {g} you paid to take melee actions or move.
4. Create an emblem. If you chose 15' it reads
"Movement or melee actions in 15' cost double
and inflict X damage" where X is the number
of {g} you paid. If you chose 30' it reads
"Movement or melee actions cost double."
