Elusive (This creature cannot be countered and
cannot be the target of activated or triggered abilities.)
At the beginning of each player's upkeep look at
the top two cards of that player's library, you
may put those cards on the bottom of that
player's library or put them back in any order.
Taowu sows discord and foments falsehoods, the
puppet master of lies feeds on conflict and ignorance.
