Tap Dancing Spirits

Tap Dancing Spirits do not untap during your untap step.
Tap Dancing Spirits may use up to one of the following abilities during your turn:
{t}: Untap target creature.
{ut}: Tap target creature.
They exist for one reason: to dance. Even in death, they continue this duty.
