Tapped Wrong

When Tapped Wrong enters the battlefield,
choose 45 or 90.
All players must tap their permanents at an angle roughly equal to the number chosen. If a player catches another player with incorrectly tapped permanents, that player may yell "gotcha". If
they do, the player with incorrectly tapped permanents loses life equal to the number of incorrectly tapped permanents, and each other
player draws a card and gains 2 life.
