Tar Gorah

Hometown of Hormir, this small mining village
was once peaceful and prosperous. When Jakob Windermere took control, conditions for the
dwarves plummeted into indentured servitude.
•Hormir killed Jakob and fled some time before
he met the party. To his dismay, Jakob had
simply been replaced by Jetsum, a Windermere
cousin who enjoys publicly torturing the workers.

the Spindle Mountains far to the Southeast
