Target Lock

Play this Stratagem when activating a Titan from
this Legio in the Combat phase.
Choose an enemy unit within 12" of the
activating Titan. For the rest of the phase, any
attacks made against the chosen enemy unit suffer
no penalties to their Hit rolls for obscured LOS
or for making Targeted Attacks. This counts as
the activating Titans activation for this phase. If
the activated Titan is destroyed before the end
of the phase, this Stratagem has no effect for the remainder of the phase.
