Whenever a non-artifact permanent is put onto
the battlefield, put a -1/-1 counter on Tarnished
Golem.
Whenever a non-creature spell is cast, untap Tarnished Golem.
{3}{t} Target permanent that is entering the battlefield becomes an artifact in addition to its
other types.
