Whenever another spell or ability would allow a player to search their library, each other player may pay {3} or {g/w}{g/w}. If they do, that player may copy that spell or ability, they may choose new targets for the copy.

{w}{w}{g},{t}: Target another activated or triggered ability. Each player that doesn't control that ability may copy it, then you copy that ability. The controllers of the copies may
change targets.
