{t} Exile a card at random from target players hand. Each player pays mana equal to the exiled cards converted mana or more. The player who payed the most mana may cast the exiled card without paying its mana cost. Any player may activate this ability.
At the beginning of each opponents upkeep, that player may pay {4}. If they do, untap Taroka, Undercity Auctioneer.
