Tarot Cards

When Tarot Cards enter the battlefield, each
player either discards of draws cards until their
hand size becomes 2. Each player puts their cards facedown, forms a stack, then shuffles the stack.
Whenever a player would draw a card, instead
they put it facedown onto the top of the stack.
They then may destroy Tarot Cards, if they do, all players draw their stacks. Then, the player who destroyed Tarot Cards adds the converted mana
costs of their cards. If 0-3, they lose. If 3-20,
nothing happe
