When Tarthus, he who controls Death deals
combat damage to a player, that player mills that
many cards.
At the beginning of your end step, choose target creature in target opponent's graveyard that was
put there from their library this turn. Put it on
to the battlefield under your control. It becomes a zombie in addition to its other types.
