Tasha's Hideous Laughter

Target a creature that you can see within 30ft
with Int of 5 or greater, If that creature fails a wisdom saving throw it will fall prone and
become incapacitated and cant stand up for the duration. At the end of each of effected creatures turns and each time it takes damage
the creature can make another wisdom saving throw, Target has advantage if it was triggered by damage, Spell ends on success.
