Taskmaster of the Council

If Taskmaster of the Council is exiled, you may
search your library for a Zombie or Skeleton
creature card with converted mana cost four or
less, and put it onto the battlefield.
Whenever three or more cards are exiled from a players library, you may look at the top three
cards of your library. Put one into your hand,
exile one and put the other on the bottom of your library.
