Tatsu cost {p/b} or {p/g} less to cast for each creature you control that shares a color with it.
{p/b}{p/b}{p/g}{p/g}: Put X +1/+1 counters on Tatsu,
where X is its power. Tatsu gains Hexproof
until end of turn.
