Whenever Tatum attacks, you may pay {1}. If you do, create a token that’s a copy of target creature you control, except it’s tapped and attacking. Exile it at end of combat. Whenever you cast a noncreature spell, Tatum gets +1/+0 and gains first strike until end of turn.
