Tatzil, the Patient Fiend

If you would draw a card, instead put a -1/-1 counter on Tatzil, the Patient Fiend, then draw a card for each -1/-1 counter on Tatzil.
When Tatzil dies, you discard X cards and lose X life, where X is three times the number of -1/-1 counters on Tatzil. Then shuffle Tatzil into its owner's library.
Those with eternity can afford to wait.
