Tax Collector

Whenever an opponent pays extra mana to play a
card because of a source that you control Tax Collector gets +1/+1 until end of turn.
Being a British tax collector in The Thirteen Colonies during the American Revolution was a dangerous
position. Tax collectors were often tarred and feathered
just for doing their jobs!
