Taxing Famine

Summoning sickness takes effect for two turns
instead of one.
Whenever a player taps a creature, it does not
untap during it's controller's next untap step.
"It's been 2 months since the last crops were harvested.
We've been without food for about 3 weeks now, some
have even resorted to cannibalism. These times are not
looking good for us. I just pray that we can make it
another month."
