When Tayah, free spirit enters the battlefield
you become the monarch.
At the beginning of combat, if you are the
monarch creatures can't attack you unless their
controller pays {2} for each creature attacking you.
Otherwise creatures you control gain deathtouch
and menace until the end of the turn.
